Keystone holds a prime GSA IT Schedule 70 contract, which is the largest, most widely used acquisition vehicle in the federal government. Schedule 70 is an indefinite-delivery/ indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Schedule, providing direct access to products, services, and solutions from thousands of certified industry partners. This allows Keystone to considerably broaden our competitive reach and pursue opportunities as a Prime contractor across Government agencies that obtain our services through this contracting vehicle. Under the Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), the GSA issues long-term government-wide contracts that provide federal, state, and local government buyers access to commercial products, services, and solutions at pre-negotiated pricing.
